Repeat from * until 6 rings are made.
Don't Cut.
Round 2:

How to fray the picots:
Cut all the long picots, giving a gentle tug to each one before cuting so the
picot is tight. With a pin or the end of an embroidery scissors split each
thread. The more you split the thread, the fluffier will look. You can also
brush the picots with an eyebrow brush, taking care of not brushing the
other elements.
Mount the doily in a CD (compact disc) using the center picot of the 3p's chain.
